The Creasys Youth Foundation firmly believes in the value of education as a resource and an opportunity for continuous growth, both for individuals and professionals of today and tomorrow.

For this reason, the Foundation invests in energy and qualified resourcese, offering its educational interventions to both an external audience and the internal CYF team.

SPECIFICALLY, THE FOUNDATION DESIGNS AND DELIVERS TRAINING:

To young people entering the job market

Through original new entrepreneurship projects brought to the attention of the CYF or other sponsoring organizations (training on soft skills and training dedicated to tuning and perfecting the conceived project).

Through professional pathways offered by various local organizations (training on soft skills).

To the working group within the Foundation, to enable all coaches and tutors to efficiently and concretely support the young people who turn to the CYF. Internal training also plays a crucial role in sharing the lessons learned, both technical and human, acquired along the way by the team
