Know how to become, learn how to fly: the mission of Creasys Youth Foundation

The Creasys Youth Foundation ETS is committed to discovering and growing the potential of people, considering them the greatest treasure to be enhanced. We believe that innate talent is everyone’s true wealth and that the realization of a worthy business idea supported by passion, know-how and relationships is the way to innovate professionally, culturally and socially, territories and communities. We support young people between the ages of 18 and 30, providing them with concrete opportunities that give meaning and shape to their path of work and life, enhancing and making manifest their potential. We would like the dream of every girl and boy to become not only a reality, but also an opportunity for all-round fulfillment. In fact, at the moment when passion becomes a profession, the passage of maturity is represented by generativity: that is, by the concrete possibility of reinvesting forces and time on the part of those who have realized the dream, so that others (young people, communities, territories) may have the courage to do the same. We are grateful to our young creatives, volunteers and partners for the road they have traveled so far and for their commitment and time devoted to the development of our Creative Generation projects. As Eleanor Roosevelt said: <<The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of dreams>> We dedicate these lines to Saadan, creative generation and enterprising dreamer of a distant land and now bright star.

From professionals to Educators: an experience of growth and sharing

This year, some of Creasys Srl’s professionals, in the capacity of volunteers, had the opportunity to share their skills and experiences as part of the I CARE Project in partnership with associations and entities of the Lazio Region, through several career guidance meetings with a focus on transversal skills, with the classes and students of the ENGIM San Paolo Professional Institute. The project, starting in 2023 and running through 2026, saw the implementation in June 2025 of an ad hoc seminar for fourth grade students to guide them toward the world of work and create a bridge between company and school. The seminar provided useful tools for writing an effective Curriculum, starting from the knowledge of oneself and one’s uniqueness, with the aim of guiding young people toward a personal awareness in the way they pose and tell their stories, which also results in the achievement of a professional goal. The students’ response went beyond expectations, and their energy and motivation gratified “our” professional volunteers. Hours of discussion that left a mark on the students and educators. We will meet again in September with Engim students (along with all the young talents of the Creative Generation) knowing that, together, we will be able to develop paths of professional and personal growth with a positive impact for the future to come.
