Know how to become, learn how to fly: the mission of Creasys Youth Foundation

The Creasys Youth Foundation ETS is committed to discovering and growing the potential of people, considering them the greatest treasure to be enhanced. We believe that innate talent is everyone’s true wealth and that the realization of a worthy business idea supported by passion, know-how and relationships is the way to innovate professionally, culturally and socially, territories and communities. We support young people between the ages of 18 and 30, providing them with concrete opportunities that give meaning and shape to their path of work and life, enhancing and making manifest their potential. We would like the dream of every girl and boy to become not only a reality, but also an opportunity for all-round fulfillment. In fact, at the moment when passion becomes a profession, the passage of maturity is represented by generativity: that is, by the concrete possibility of reinvesting forces and time on the part of those who have realized the dream, so that others (young people, communities, territories) may have the courage to do the same. We are grateful to our young creatives, volunteers and partners for the road they have traveled so far and for their commitment and time devoted to the development of our Creative Generation projects. As Eleanor Roosevelt said: <<The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of dreams>> We dedicate these lines to Saadan, creative generation and enterprising dreamer of a distant land and now bright star.
From professionals to Educators: an experience of growth and sharing

This year, some of Creasys Srl’s professionals, in the capacity of volunteers, had the opportunity to share their skills and experiences as part of the I CARE Project in partnership with associations and entities of the Lazio Region, through several career guidance meetings with a focus on transversal skills, with the classes and students of the ENGIM San Paolo Professional Institute. The project, starting in 2023 and running through 2026, saw the implementation in June 2025 of an ad hoc seminar for fourth grade students to guide them toward the world of work and create a bridge between company and school. The seminar provided useful tools for writing an effective Curriculum, starting from the knowledge of oneself and one’s uniqueness, with the aim of guiding young people toward a personal awareness in the way they pose and tell their stories, which also results in the achievement of a professional goal. The students’ response went beyond expectations, and their energy and motivation gratified “our” professional volunteers. Hours of discussion that left a mark on the students and educators. We will meet again in September with Engim students (along with all the young talents of the Creative Generation) knowing that, together, we will be able to develop paths of professional and personal growth with a positive impact for the future to come.
CYF for the I CARE Project: notes from an Educator

“I cannot teach anybody anything, I can only make them think.” (Socrate) In March, we concluded the Leadership classes with the third-year students of the Engim San Paolo Vocational Institute in Rome. During our time with the students, we explored all the nuances of learning at a young age. From those who ask, “What is a leader?”, “What does leadership mean?”, to the healthy skepticism towards new topics: “We only care about learning how to cook”, all the way to the curious eyes waiting for the evaluation of their business idea — the focus of the final group activity in class.“Professor, who won? Which group was the best?” We couldn’t be happier with the training experience we shared with these young people. These lessons embody the full meaning of the I Care project — a name that connects coaches and students: I care!We care about them, about what they represent for themselves and for the future of society, and they care about us, about what we passionately and skillfully try to share with them at school. Sometimes the sessions were challenging, with the need to get to know each other compressed into limited time, just enough to open up to listening and dialogue. But they always leave us with a sense of gratitude.Beneath those trendy fringes covering their eyes or that bold black eyeliner, there’s a whole world. There are students who are sharpening their professional paths, with potential just waiting to be unlocked. The energy that the Creasys Youth Foundation is dedicating to I Care is renewed every time we say goodbye to the students at Engim San Paolo. Thanks to the seeds we plant in them, and to the inspiration we receive from our students to develop new content — on life and job skills — increasingly focused on their real needs and personal interests, helping them make these skills truly their own. The bell rings, and as we leave those classrooms, we all walk out enriched — together.
ICARE: the first quarter of frontal lessons

Rome, December 16, 2024 The first quarter of frontal lessons provided by the Creasys Youth Foundation to the young students of the Engim San Paolo Professional Institute in Rome is coming to an end. The training modules were tailored for the students and focused on macro-topics such as: Communication and Relationship, Know Yourself and Your Value, Innate Talent and Leadership, The Value of Work and Knowing How to Work in a Team; How to Write an Effective Resume. Through workshops and brainstorming, we worked with the students with the aim of inspiring and stimulating their imagination and proactivity. A beginning of a path aimed at developing job & life skills that will be crucial to increasingly acquire awareness of their potential and unexpressed qualities, important both in social and professional life. Our presence in the classroom saw us not as mere teachers, but as witnesses of life and work experiences that we have transmitted (and will continue to transmit) to those who are entering the professional world for the first time. An important aspect of this first quarter with the students was care. Not to play with the name of the project (ICARE), but for the awareness of how much mutual knowledge between tutor and class and the empathy to be cultivated with constancy contribute to active participation in lessons and above all to tangible growth that students and coaches achieve and will achieve together. Workshop on Emotional Leadership. How to Participate in Change

Mola di Bari, December 2, 2023 The Creasys Youth Foundation ETS, in collaboration with the Ala di Riserva Association and the White Night of Youth in Mola di Bari, presents the first edition of “How to Participate in Change. Workshop on Emotional Leadership”. The workshop, sponsored by the Municipality of Mola di Bari, was enthusiastically attended by Mayor Giuseppe Colonna, City Councilor Pietro Sportelli, and Dr. Andrea Pizzicaroli, trainer and communication consultant, founder and President of the European Institute Third Millennium since 2003. The seminar involved experts in leadership, communication, and project management, and was aimed at young people aged 18 to 35, with the desire to challenge themselves to face work and life challenges in this era of artificial intelligence. The focus of the workshop was emotional leadership, a skill that can be developed over time, a “natural” intelligence, valuable on a human and professional level to achieve effective organizational and entrepreneurial leadership. Forty young participants animated the seminar with interventions, questions, and a great desire to grow as leaders of themselves and a future work team; also fundamental were the testimonies of the professional and personal experience of the representatives of the Municipality of Mola, who with passion, dedication, and determination perform a service work that motivates them daily. A meeting that once again showed us how much young people strive when they believe in a project and want to realize it. Creasys Youth Foundation ETS: Inspire, Innovate, Support!
A New Year for CYF – Bari, Via Dante

The Creasys Youth Foundation adopts innovative strategies to reach young people, together with entrepreneurs driven by the desire to support positive change for personal and professional fulfillment, allowing creative ideas to become real entrepreneurial ventures in a virtuous value chain. For this reason, the Bari office of the Creasys Youth Foundation is located on Via Dante Alighieri, an area easily accessible from Bari Centrale station and the heart of the city. The Foundation, with its presence in the territory, has established active collaborations with excellent academic training institutions such as the University of Bari Aldo Moro (participating in workshops and events including networking on Circular Bioeconomy at BaLab), and is creating networks with entrepreneurs and local entities in favor of initiatives for young protagonists like the “ZENIT Project – Coordinates for the Future” funded by the Puglia Region (Laboratorio Urbano Officine UFO in Casamassima). CYF also gladly and emotionally accepted the invitation from the Ala di Riserva Association and the Municipality of Mola di Bari to attend the White Night of Youth 2023 event as an expanding non-profit organization with an interesting proposal to share. The Bari office of CYF serves as the link between the Apulian territory and the Rome office, with the goal of making young people feel inspired and comfortable in an environment where they can gain experience and take on challenges to be protagonists not only of their own lives but also of a reality that aims to create connections and relationships within their territory and beyond. CYF stands with young people and supports them starting from opportunities that make a difference!
CYF at the White Night of Youth 2023

Mola di Bari Friday, August 11, 2023 – Emotion, Sharing, Dialogue. These words summarize the meeting between CYF, the young people of the White Night of Youth in Mola di Bari, and the Ala di Riserva Association. The well-known RAI journalist Giacomo Susca hosted the event titled “National Young Person of the Year Award,” guiding us through the presentation of the Creasys Youth Foundation, inaugurated with the viewing of the CYF project video “Generazione Creativa,” which sparked a series of questions from the audience and young people eager to learn about our multifaceted reality. In the presence of Mayor Giuseppe Colonna and Deputy Mayor Angelo Rotolo of the Municipality of Mola di Bari, we witnessed a fruitful debate focusing on the Apulian territory and the opportunities it offers to young people who decide to stay in the South, among prominent representatives of the involved local entities. Among them were the Director of the Economic Development Department of the Puglia Region Gianna Elisa Berlingerio, the Councilor for Kindness and Growth of the Municipality of Pesaro Camilla Murgia, and the Mayor of the Municipality of Castel Bolognese Luca della Godenza. We participated in this evening with emotion, during which the National Young Person of the Year Award was given to the young people of Emilia-Romagna for their courage, willpower, and for creating a true chain of solidarity in a tragic and painful scenario that affected their region not long ago. The award was received by Tommaso Cappelli, a young volunteer who presented a reality in which young people know how to make a difference. Young people are the creators and will be the future mentors of a positive change in today’s society. Together, we can aim high, and only together can we bring life to life, we can Rise from the Impossible, echoing the theme of the White Night of Youth 2023. And this is precisely the spirit of the Creasys Youth Foundation: creating a network to support young people and accompany them on a path of personal and professional growth, to face life’s challenges with the right grit and energy, to continue cultivating values, gaining experience, and becoming witnesses in personal and professional life.
“Tourism and Promotion of the Territory,” CYF at the Job Day in Casamassima

As a guest at the Laboratorio Urbano Officine Ufo of the Municipality of Casamassima (BA), the Creasys Youth Foundation (CYF) was one of the key local entities at the Job Day on “Tourism and Promotion of the Territory” organized by Confesercenti Bari on July 25, 2023. This event was an opportunity to exchange information, ideas, and reflections, and to share a common desire to enhance the Apulian territory through the active participation of young people seeking valuable personal and professional opportunities. In this context, the Creasys Youth Foundation contributed with its project idea aimed at creating a network that amplifies employment opportunities, enhances the territory, and brings a positive social impact. The project “Generazione Creativa” was presented by the President of CYF, Francesca Masanotti. The meeting, attended by representatives of some prominent Apulian entities such as the Expert in Territorial Communication and Marketing Pasqualino Sibilia, the Marketing Manager of the communication and marketing agency Brainpull Francesco Gasparro, the well-known director from Bari Alessandro Piva, and Stefania Mola (an author specialized in cultural tourism), continued with a networking session. This session, guided by TeleBari journalist Gianluca Giugno, outlined some traditions that the Apulian territory preserves as its heritage and that today are fundamental resources and a driving force for tourism. Among History, Art, and Culture, a shared idea of the territory is encouraged, aiming to identify simple but concrete ways and methods to continue fostering a new human and economic culture.
