On International Women’s Day, the “Women Up” Workshop was held, dedicated to women who run businesses and are protagonists of change in the field of work, innovation, and digital transition. Among the speakers from both private and institutional realities was the President of the Creasys Youth Foundation, Francesca Masanotti. An intervention in which she spoke about life, choices that shape you, experiences that change you, paths that intertwine, and goals that are achieved. Graduated in Biological Sciences, mother, volunteer with a background that started young in Italy in her reference community, up to intercontinental experiences in Africa and India. It is here that Francesca learned to give her time to listening, dialogue, and full relationship with Indian families and young people. An experience that led Francesca to challenge herself, to make herself known, and to know her most authentic soul. A parenthesis that left an indelible mark that speaks of “colors”, of the quality of people and quality of life. This is the inspiration that contributed to the birth of the Creasys Youth Foundation. A spirit that believes in the value of the person and the relationship, of giving oneself to support the desire to do, to create something “beautiful” for oneself and for one’s community, and of sharing what one has received in one’s personal and professional life; thus the “CREATIVE GENERATION” is born.
