This year, some of Creasys Srl’s professionals, in the capacity of volunteers, had the opportunity to share their skills and experiences as part of the I CARE Project in partnership with associations and entities of the Lazio Region, through several career guidance meetings with a focus on transversal skills, with the classes and students of the ENGIM San Paolo Professional Institute.
The project, starting in 2023 and running through 2026, saw the implementation in June 2025 of an ad hoc seminar for fourth grade students to guide them toward the world of work and create a bridge between company and school.
The seminar provided useful tools for writing an effective Curriculum, starting from the knowledge of oneself and one’s uniqueness, with the aim of guiding young people toward a personal awareness in the way they pose and tell their stories, which also results in the achievement of a professional goal.
The students’ response went beyond expectations, and their energy and motivation gratified “our” professional volunteers. Hours of discussion that left a mark on the students and educators.
We will meet again in September with Engim students (along with all the young talents of the Creative Generation) knowing that, together, we will be able to develop paths of professional and personal growth with a positive impact for the future to come.
